What is the Cancellation Policy? The Cancellation Policy is controlled by the University. The refund is 75% if you cancel by the April 1 deadline. No refund is available after the deadline. Who is Coming? Here's the list of classmates who have registered. As of March 8 7:00 AM, 154 classmates have registered. Adding guests, over 306 total. Some classmates are bringing as many as 8 guests, including children and grandchildren. Is There Care for Young Children, Such as My Grandchildren?Yes. TigerCamp registration is now open for children from three months to 12 years. How Do I Register? Are there Any Ambiguous Instructions or Pitfalls?Simply click here to go to the Registration Page and follow the instructions. While it's simple, here are a few notes and potential pitfalls to avoid. In a pinch, don't hesitate to contact John Hart (jmhart62@gmail.com, 781-789-7413); you will be in good company and will be neither the first nor the last to get stuck. The registration page is provided by a firm hired by the University. If we were in total control, we'd improve a few things. - You will be asked to login to TigerNet, the University's system that is entirely separate from our '66 Class Website.
- Almost all classmates have an account on TigerNet, but many have forgotten their TigerNet User Name and/or password. If so, or if you don't have an account, follow the instructions or call the Service Desk (609-258-4357). Several classmates have reported that the Service Desk does, indeed, provide good service. Several have called them heroes.
- Generally, the system will fill in your personal information (name, address, email, etc.) from your TigerNet account. You'll be asked to agree to University policies.
- There is a space to enter the first and last name of your first guest (spouse, partner, or other), if any. After entering the name, click on "+Add Guest".
- You'll see a field with the guest name appended, and, in many cases, by "s'66". But, we've seen cases where the name and class of an alum with the same name, or approximately the same name, will appear. In nearly all cases, ignore that and click on the bar below saying "person not found" with a label "Adult guest is not an alum, parent, or student". There's an alternative line for "Child Guest Under 21". If you don't select one of those two lines, your guest's name won't appear later on (it's happened).
- The next page asks about your guest.
- You'll have a chance to add additional guests or to continue.
- You'll be asked for selections (3-day - actually we have events over 4 days - no problem) or Saturday only.
- The next page asks which meals you'll attend. Please be as accurate as possible at this time, even though plans may change. It also has clothing selections.
- You need to make meal selections for both you and your guests for all four days (9 meals in total)
- There's a drop-down menu. Checkboxes would be far more convenient, but, unfortunately, we can't change it.
- Note that some clothing items are included with registration and some are extra cost.
- You'll then be asked to make the same selections for all your guests, one guest at a time.
- Finally, you'll be asked to approve the selections and move on to giving your address (again!) and then on to credit card payment. You're done! We'll see you in May!
