JAMES E. SWAN (1944-1986)

James Swan, son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Swan of Springfield, Massachusetts, died
November 2, 1986. Entering Princeton after completing secondary school at Classical
High in Springfield, Jim majored in architecture and urban planning and was a member
of Colonial Club. While at Princeton he competed for two years on the swim team.

After graduation, he was president of Cumulus Development, Ltd. in New York City and
resided at Hemlocks Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, New York. Jim is survived
by his wife, Sara Kidwell Swan; his two children, Christopher and Erin; and his parents.
