KENT EDWARD JOHNSON, M.D.
    

Kent died at home on Christmas Day, 2016, in Lake of Egypt, Illinois.

Kent came to Princeton from Cherry Creek High School in Englewood, Colorado, where he served as student body president and played football, basketball, and baseball. At Princeton he was a member of Cap and Gown, helped manage the refreshment agency, belonged to the Rocky Mountain Club, and worked on the Senior Memorial Fund Drive.

Always aiming for a career in medicine, Kent majored in biology at Princeton and received his medical degree from the University of Colorado. He served in the United States Air Force and then spent 26 years in private medical practice in Denver. He wound up his career as a urologist with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Marion, Illinois.

Kent is survived by son Eric, daughter Caroline, brother David, and sisters Gail Catlin and Lynn Gaines. The Class extends its heartfelt condolences to them.
